LNG

Triton gas filter/coalescing filters have extensive applications in LNG processing. Some of the processes that often require removal of particulate and liquid aerosols are:

Amine Contactor Remove particulate and liquid aerosols to prevent solvent contamination. Triton element system with pre-filter and coalescing functions in a single element.
Glycol Contactor Prevent Contamination of Glycol. Recovery of Amine solvent. Triton element system with prefilter and coalescing functions in a single element.
Compressors Remove solid and liquid aerosols on inlet and capture outlet carryover. Triton element system with prefilter and coalescing functions in a single element.
Molecular Sieve Remove particulate and liquid aerosols from inlet to sieve bed. Triton element system with prefilter and coalescing functions in a single element.
Fines Removal (gas) Particle carryover from, mole sieve and mercury removal beds. Gas particle filter sized for appropriate contaminant size and load.
Fines Removal (liquid) Particle removal to protect liquid processes and to capture carryover. Liquid particle filter sized for the appropriate contaminant size and load.
